He was predeceased by: his wife Joann Ottinger Neas; and his son Jody Neas. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Neas of Parrottsville and Jamie Horne of Robbins, TN; his grandchildren, Emmaline Neas of Parrottsville, Matthew Horne, Amber Horne of Mosheim, Jeremy Horne and Danielle Horne of Clinton; his great grandchildren, Reagan Horne, Rebecca Horne, Ethan Horne and Luke Horne; his siblings, Betty Smith and Ronald Neas; and also, Teresa Neas of Parrottsville, Mark Horne of Robbins, TN, Charles W. Smith and Mitz Neas. He is also survived by other nephews and cousins.
