He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen B. Caldwell, Sr. and Eva Jo Sutton Ryan. He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Caldwell; his grandson Kyler Davis; his sisters, Debbie Phillips, Donna Cameron, Jeannie James and Sabrina Busler; his close friends, Jody Shafer, Verland Prather, Teddy Bright and Tammy Atkins; and the mother of his child Lisa Caldwell.
In recognition of the lingering pandemic, the family encourages visitors to wear masks and practice social distancing during services.
