He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard Ralph and Mae Edith Trentham; his sister Linda Wines; his grandparents, Hubert and Flora Masoner; and his brothers-in-law, Paul Wines and Bob Brooks.
He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Sherri KayTrentham; his wife Hazel Lavonda Brooks Trentham of Parrottsville; his son Dennis Vaughan Trentham (Sherri) of Greeneville; his siblings, Kenneth Wayne Trentham (Janella) of Parrottsville and Betty Brooks; and his grandchildren, Makayla Lee Trentham Reeves of Greeneville and Caleb Ryan Trentham of Raleigh. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
