He was predeceased by: his wife Lillie Jennings Willis; his great grandchild Delaney Voyles; his parents, Leonard Willis and Tessie Willis (Lunsford); his stepmother Agnes Willis; his brothers, Herman and Kenneth Willis; and his parents-in-law, Mark and Hattie Jennings.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathy Willis Brooks (Larry) of Custer and Connie Willis Frisbee (Randall) of Parrottsville; his grandchildren, Josh Brooks (Olivia) of Elizabethtown, KY, Laura Voyles (Jared) of Custer, KY, Dr. Jason Frisbee (Shannon) of Midway, TN and Emily Brooks of Denver, CO; his great grandchildren, Josh and Bo Brooks; his grandchildren, Makenah, Jace Beckett, Amberley Voyles, Travis and Logan Sara Frisbee; his siblings, Bernice Manning, Pearl Parton, Tennie Lou Yates, Nellie Johnson, Rachel Williams (Boyce), Arthur, Paul (Doris), Orville (Donna) and Luther Willis; and his brother-in-law Boyd Morrow.
