He is survived by: his wife Patricia Watkins of Parrottsville; his sons, Jeff Talton (Sheila) of Bybee and Charles Curtis, Jr. Morrow (Tina); and his brother Jerry Morrow (Delores) of Parrottsville. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
