It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jo Gregg of Parrottsville, Tennessee, who passed away on October 29, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard Andy Gregg; her parents, Frank Renner and Lula Renner; and her siblings, Wayne Renner (Joyce), Kenneth Renner (Marie), Beulah Harris (Luther) and Valerie Lewis (Troy).
She is survived by: her children, Walter Gregg (Charlene) of Greeneville, Rita Peters (Rickey) of Parrottsville, Phyllis Hale (Freddy) of Parrottsville and Betty Jane Gregg of Newport; her grandchildren, Bobbie Jo Helm (John) of Newport, Amy Pridemore of Parrottsville, Ashley Jennings of Newport, Crystal Laws (James) of Greeneville, Jon Gregg (Heather) of Greeneville and Freddy Wayne Hale (Ashley) of Edwina; her children, James Peters, Allen Cureton, Ethan Coakley, Eli Coakley, Hunter Wyatt, Makayla Wyatt, Shawn Owenby, Gabe Gregg, Waylon Gregg, Emma Harris, Deacon Hale, Avery Hale, Tommy Cureton and Sean Cureton; and her great great grandchild Kinley Hance. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
