He was predeceased by: his parents, James Fox and Rosa Cloud Fox; his wife Linda "Sue" Bugg Fox; and his siblings, Clarence "Bud" Fox, Henry "Booge" Fox, Claude Fox, Helen "Ruth" France, Carrie Stepp, Margaret Shultz, Shirley Smith, Charlotte Trent and Glenda Wells.
He is survived by: his children, Amanda Turner (Michael) of Parrottsville and Alvin "Bo" Fox of Newport; his grandchildren, Taylor Turner, Braxtin Turner and Destin Potter; and his sisters, Betty Manning (Allen), Frances Tolliver and Brenda Fox. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
