He is survived by: his wife Joy Nell Blazer of Paris; his sons, David Blazer of Defuniak Springs, FL and Steve Blazer (Kathleen) of Henry, TN.; his sisters, Maxine McCartney of Bradford, TN and Martha Harris (Jim) of Jackson, TN.; his grandchildren, Donald Blazer, Megan Hendrickson (Tyler), Stephanie Whitaker and Lauren Blazer; his great grandchildren, Zoe Hendrickson, Ayden, Emma Whitaker and Brayden Blazer; and his uncle Carlos Dunn.
