He is survived by: his children, Mandy Bullion (Mark) of Paris, TN, Crystal Nolen (Adam) of Drummonds, TN, Robert Howard of Kingsport, TN, Jacob Pinson of Mansfield, TN, Tyler Carter (Hannah Prince) of Paris, TN and Tanner Carter (Kathryn Noles) of Paris, TN; his siblings, Mary Brown (Landis) of Mixie, TN, Patsy Barnes of McKenzie, TN, Hugh Pinson (Lois) of Mansfield, TN and Stanley Pinson of Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Mason Wade Altman, Lilly Howard, Noah Howard, Lewis Carter, Austin Steele, Hailee Vaughn, Brendon Steele, Carlee Vaughn and Lauren Bullion; his in-laws, Eddie and Pat Martin; and his sister-in-law Shannon Osbron (Jamie).
