He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Thomas Swayne (Grandy Bob) and Winnie Kendall Swayne; his sons, Rick Swayne and Gary Swayne; and his siblings, Rosemary Neese (Peggy Tucker) and Homer Thomas "H. T." Swayne, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Swayne and Bobby Swayne (Amanda) of Paris, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Mona Swayne, Michelle Swayne, Dustin Swayne (Trishia), Daniel Swayne of Lake Worth, FL, Aaron Hutson (Jenny) of Tuscaloosa, AL, Rick Hutson (Cherisa) of Clarksville, TN, Ben Hutson (Miranda), Magen Jones (Tommy) of Jackson, TN, Abby Swayne of Fargo, ND, Alex Hassell (Reece) of Paris, Ava of Paris and Rob Swayne of Paris; and his daughter-in-law Jackie Swayne. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
