Moretta Oliver Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Moretta Oliver of Paris, Tennessee, who passed away on July 7, 2024 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Herndon and Allie Blount Herndon; her spouse Carter Hays Oliver; her niece Anita Michael; and her nephew William Earl Jackson.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Robin Herndon, Connie Bell, Debbie Elkins, Donnie Oliver and Lawrence Jackson; her sister-in-law Betty Oliver of Paris; and her caregivers, Marie Trent, Annetta Brewer and Moretta. She is also survived by great nieces and nephews, along with great-great nieces and nephews, other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to Mt. Zion Cemetery, c/o Mackie Gallimore, 310 Jackson Street, Puryear, TN 38251.
