He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Loines and Alma Petty Loines; his daughter Cynthia Marie "Cindy" Milliken; his brother Neil Loines; and his great grandchildren, Harmony Jo Gallimore, Peyton Michael Bizeau and Alyssa Bizeau.
He is survived by: his children, Kim Collyer (Scott) of Paris and Jeff Loines (Pat) of Paris; and his grandchildren, Brian Bizeau (Amanda), Kevin Bizeau (Brandy), Jeffery Loines, Jr., Autumn Gallimore (Andrew) and Megan Milliken (McKenzie Clendenin). He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
