He is survived by: his daughters, Annette Waters Chase (Patrick) of Clinton, MD and Felecia Waters Ransfer (Terrance) of Houston, TX; his daughter-in-law Angela Waters of Jacksonville, FL; his grandchildren, Carrington A. Ransfer, Chanedler D. Ransfer, Whitney A. Waters and Tralanenia Reeves; and his great grandchild Gwynn Marie Waters. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
