He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Barnett and Opal Jackson Barnett; and his sister Paula Lane Barnett. He is survived by: his son Chris Barnett (Meagan Scott) of Paris; his grandchildren, Carson Michael Barnett and Zailey Ambrose; and his siblings, Pam French (Lanny) of Murray, Barry Barnett (Lee Anne) of Camden and Brad Barnett of Paris. He is also survived by other family members and numerous special friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McEvoy Funeral Home, Inc. (507 W Washington St, Paris, TN 38242). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
