He was predeceased by: his parents, John Milton Flam and Myrtle Irene Nordness Flam; his son Kenneth Flam; and his granddaughter Tara Flam. He is survived by: his son John Flam (Kathleen) of Maui, HI; his stepdaughter Kari Havard (Jarard) of Seattle, WA; and his sister Sylvia Kirchman of San Diego, CA..
