She was predeceased by: her parents, Delmer Lee Long and Velderine Griffin. She is survived by: her husband Mark Thompson of Paris, TN; her children, Mark Thompson Jr. of Sarasota, FL, Wendy Blakley of Paducah, KY and Marcia Combs of Murray, KY.; and her brother Larry Long of Counce, TN. She is also survived by three grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
