He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Howell and Mary Etta Clayton Howell; and his sister Mary Nell Howell Hill. He is survived by: his wife Jolene Nance Howell; his brother Clyde Howell (Samantha) of Hickory Flat, MS; and also Gary Fletcher (Gail) of Paris, TN.. He is also survived by several nieces; and his wife.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Ridgeway Funeral Home (201 Dunlap St, Paris, TN 38242). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to Friendship Baptist Church.
