With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Doris Elizabeth Brewster of Paris, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 1, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Doris Elizabeth may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lovelace and Emma Lovelace (Charles Edward Brewster); her son Robert Conrad; and her grandson John Betterman. She is survived by: her daughter Belinda Betterman. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild, as well as friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Perry Funeral Home (1611 Clarence E Chesnut Jr Bypass, Centre, AL 35960). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at the Mt. Vernon Cemetery.
