He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Watts and Christine Watts Breaux Turner; and his brothers, Robert Watts and Gary Breaux. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Tolbert Watts; his children, Lindsey Skelton (Shannon) of Port St, Leah Milam (Jonathan) of Lexington, TN, Caleb Watts (Amanda) of Port St and Andrew Watts (Meagan) of Paris, TN; his brother Kendall Watts of Mansfield, TN; and his grandchildren, Carley, Cooper, Cambria, Caris, Alannah, Analise, Daxton and Dallas.
