He is survived by: his daughters, Smantha Parker (Kyle) of Paris and Kristy McNutt of Nashville; his grandchildren, Savannah and Addy Kate Parker of Paris; his sister Ann Minneman (Bob) of Calhoun, Florida; and his nephews, Clark of Florida and Chris Paschall of Florida.
His body is to be donated to Genesis Medical Education and Research Institute.
