Smith of Clarksville, TN.; her children, Cathy Hartmann of Flemington, NJ, Jan Cothron of Nashville, TN, Angie Holmes of Paris, TN and Jody Elovitz of Denver, CO.; her grandsons, Derek Hartmann, Tony Elovitz, Nick Elovitz and Clayton Holmes; and her great grandchild Sophia Hansen Elovitz.
