She was predeceased by: her parents, A. R. Stephens and Edith Bartholomew Stephens Cox; and her husband Charles E. Bivens. She is survived by: her daughters, Melanie B. Townsend (Tommy) of Paris, Lisa J. Bivens of Sparta and Stephanie B. Morris (Scott) of Montgomery, Alabama; her grandchildren, Robby Midyett, Cameron Midyett, Madison Dennis (Jordan) and Josh Coleman (Erin); her great grandchildren, Sloane Midyett and Eva Coleman; her brother Vaughn Stephens of Springville; and her friend Sheila Shope. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the McEvoy Funeral Home, Inc. (507 W Washington St, Paris, TN 38242). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
