She is survived by: her mother Regina Gail Forrest; her brother Ronald Taylor Forrest (Racheal); and her nieces and nephews, Kristen Sikes (Shea), Meagan Ybarra, Tayler Forrest, Nathan Forrest, Anna Sikes, Addison Sikes, Damon Sikes, Reese Sikes and Sophia Ybarra.
