It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Randolph Woodall (Palmyra, Tennessee), born in Anderson, South Carolina, who passed away on July 4, 2019, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Woodall and Ruth Harper Woodall. He is survived by: his son Charles "Chuck" R. Woodall (Paula). He is also survived by three sisters; and eight grandchildren.
