It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wayne Johnson of Palmersville, Tennessee, born in McKenzie, Tennessee, who passed away on October 5, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Homer Johnson; his wife Kathy Johnson; and his sisters, Kay Staggs, Shirley Nobles and Wilmer.
He is survived by: his daughter Teresa Vermillion (Jason) of Palmersville; his siblings, Larry Johnson (Melissa) of Dresden, Joe Johnson (Mary) of Martin, Robert Johnson (Donna) of Dresden, Lisa Colson (Brian) of Sharon, Ann Webb of Hickman, KY., Faye Carrington (Ricky) and Nancy Johnson; and his grandsons, Justin and Hunter Vermillion.
