He is survived by: his parents, Phoenyx Farrar and Jessi Guy; his grandparents, Lori Guy, Tanya Jordan (Keith) and Jerry Farrar; his great-grandparents, Ralph Suratt (Lynnie), Ray Jordan (Deanne) and Joeann Guy; his great-great-grandparent Mary Jordan; and his godparents, Hunter and Destiny Crews. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, and cousins.
