She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Billy Cantrell and Carolyn Jean Puckett Cantrell; her husband Dean Maxey; her daughter Erin Donoho (Michael) of Palmersville; her siblings, Travis Cantrell of Greenfield and Rebecca Chamberlain of Greenfield; and her grandchildren, Evan of Palmersville and Jase Donoho of Palmersville.
The family has asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation in her memory.
