He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean Estes Workman; his children, Randy Workman (Kathy) of Union City, TN and Debbie Tull (Jimmy) of Fulton, KY; his grandchildren, Stephanie Palmer (Michael) of Bradford, TN, Amy Prather (Scott) of South Fulton, TN, Jerry Hopper (Mandy) of Pinson, TN and Lori Nelson (Dale) of Milan, TN; and his siblings, Mary Lou Kowowski of Elk Grove, IL and Earl Workman of Palmersville, TN.. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren.
