She was predeceased by: her mother Grace Smartt Crabtree Brown. She is survived by: her father William Henry Crabtree Sr.; her husband J. W. Bouldin; her siblings, Lela Mae Myers, William H. "Jip" Crabtree Jr. and Alfred Crabtree; and her nephews, Mike Myers, Kelly Myers (Beth), Dale Myers (Wanda) and Larry Myers (Norma).
In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to Saint Jude Childrens Research Hospital at her request.
