She is survived by: her father Amos Coffelt; her husband Bruce "Frog" Tate; her children, Crystal Green and Bruce Edwin Tate; her siblings, Bob Coffelt, James "Cork" Coffelt, Charles Coffelt, Sylvia Green, Mae Wanda Ruehling, Judy Hobbs, Mary Rhea, Coretta Tate and Zadie King; and her grandson Jonathan Sanders. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
