He is survived by: his wife Carrie Leigh Wooten Caldwell; his mother Rena Ann Flynn Caldwell; his children, Kendra Renee Kelley (Richard), Macy Elizabeth Caldwell, Justin Ray and Gunner McCray Caldwell; his sisters, Roxann Hampton (Wes), Kim Hobbs (Jeff) and Pam Warren; and his grandchildren, Elijah Reed and Hallie Kate Kelley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
