She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Beulah Sidney Johnson (Carrick); her husband James Melvin Caldwell; her father George Morgan Johnson; her siblings, Elbert, Loys, Wes, Jack, Bill, Barney Johnson, Betty Sue Johnson, Mary Nunley (Duck) and Ruby Curtis; her daughters, JoAnn Smith (Bill) and Kyra Myers Braden; her grandchildren, William Smith (Cynthia), Kayla Coffelt and Ryan Braden (Jada); her great grandchildren, Blake King and Haleigh McKnight; and her great great grandchildren, Leiah Jade Braden, Lucas Ryan Braden, Emma Grace Haynes, Benham Grey Cunningham, Liam Kaysen King and Josie Kay King.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Layne Funeral Home - Palmer (32871 TN-108, Palmer, TN 37365). A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at the Burkett's Chapel Cemetery.
