With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anna Ruth Green of Palmer, Tennessee, who passed away on February 5, 2023 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father James "Buzz" McDaniel; her children, Jimmy McDaniel, Jeffrey Byrd and Rose McDaniel; her grandsons, Jason Worley and Dillon Byrd; her son-in-law Barry Grooms; and her siblings, James, Paul, Glenn, Charles, Nadine, Peggy McDaniel and Nancy Sykes.
She is survived by: her husband Walter Lee Green Sr.; her daughters, April McHone (Thomas), Christie Grooms (Jamie Nunley) and Tammy Byrd (Timmy Hammers); her grandchildren, Christopher Byrd, Timothy Hammers III, Samantha McHone, Thomas McHone Jr. (Mattie Wooten), Isaiah McHone, Andrea Long, James McDaniel (Elizabeth), David Earl Grooms, Slater Grooms, Brandon Grooms (Kyra), Dwayne Grooms, Brandy Grooms, Braxton McDaniel, Jayden White, Estella Byrd, Jacob Byrd, Samuel Brock, Olivia Watson, Mason Byrd, Colton Knight and Joshua White; and her great grandchildren, Jace McHone, Jacob Alexander Jr., Houston McDaniel, Bentley McDaniel, Landon Grooms, Junior, Brea Anderson, Aurora Rose McDaniel and Neveah McClendon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
