It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Russell Sr. of Pall Mall, Tennessee, who passed away on October 2, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Andrew Russell and Dorothy Russell (Tompkins); and his siblings, Orpha Koger, Odean Stanford and Noble Russell.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene Russell (Campbell); his sons, Joey Russell (Samantha) and Jim Russell (Lee); his grandchildren, Haley Russell, Hannah Russell-Johns (Gray), Ryan Russell (Danielle), Katie Russell, Kara Dunn (Andrew), Jordan Burch (Chasity) and Michael Burch (Whitney); and his great grandchildren, Beau, Tipp Dunn, Waylon, Gabe, Callie, Addie and Ella Burch. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
