He was predeceased by: his father Billy Joe Turner I; his brothers, Christopher Mark Turner and Gabriel Wendell Duncan; and his grandparents, Everett, Artema Ashley, Will Ralph and Clella Turner.

He is survived by: his mother Shirley Patricia Duncan (Ashley); and his aunts, Janice Copeland, Valrie Reagan and Retta Reagan A. He is also survived by cousins, other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to be made towards cremation expenses.
