She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon G. Cummings and Dorothy Weissinger; and her husband George Bullington. She is survived by: her children, Scott Bullington (Trinity) of Cross Plains, TN, Paul Bullington of Scottsville, KY and Alice Elkins (Chris) of Smiths Grove, KY; her siblings, Barbara Lawson of Centerville, TN, Cathy Sue McLain of Portland, TN and Floyd Cummings of Franklin, KY; her grandchildren, Dustin Bullington, Laura Bullington, Bailey Bullington, Colson Elkins, Carlie Elkins and Camden Elkins; and her stepmother Sarah Jane Cummings.
