He is survived by: his wife Rita Meadors; his children, JJ Meadors and Shawnice Arterburn (Ed); his grandchildren, Destiny Lula Meadors, Andrew Meadors, Dakotah Castelow, Tristian Castelow, Alex Arterburn and Celeste Arteburn; his mother-in-law Faye Green; and his brother Bud Meadors (Evelyn). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
