He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann Cummings Bullington; his children, Scott Wayne Bullington (Trinity) of Cross Plains, TN, Paul Wesley Bullington of Scottsville, KY and Alice Elaine Bullington Elkins (Chris) of Smiths Grove, KY; his siblings, David Wayne Bullington of Portland, TN and Ruth Ann Bullington Davidson of Ft. Myers, FL; and his grandchildren, Dustin Craig Bullington, Laura Marie Bullington, Robert Bailey Scott Bullington, Colson Kimble Elkins, Carlie Elizabeth Elkins and Camden Paul Elkins.
