He was predeceased by: his mother Glenda Gayle Searcy Phillips. He is survived by: his father Thomas Lackey; his sons, Caden Lackey of Portland and Isaiah Lackey of Portland; his siblings, Charles Thomas Lackey of Orlinda, Michael Richards of Portland, Penny Gober of Cross Plains and Patty Trammel of Portland; and his stepmother Patricia Lackey (Patty) of Orlinda.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the family to assist in funeral expenses.
