He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Stuntz and Reginia Stuntz; his son Michael Stuntz; and his brother Jack Stuntz. He is survived by: his wife Julita Labor Stuntz; his children, Evelyn Sprouse, Merlita Johnson, Diana Hickey, Donna Alnutt, Mark Stuntz and Brandon Stuntz; and his siblings, Gary Stuntz and Donna Gacek. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
