We are sad to announce that on July 28, 2023, at the age of 75, Virgil Lee Skeen of Ooltewah, Tennessee, born in West Palm Beach, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Skeen and Buretta Richardson Skeen; and his siblings, Sue Skeen and Jerry Skeen. He is survived by: his wife Nataliya Mykolayivna Skeen; his sons, Virgil Skeen "Chip", Jr. (Holly), Robert Skeen (KruYuy) and Shaun Skeen; and his siblings, Charles Skeen (Darlene) and Sandra Richardson (Jerry). He is also survived by five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
