He was predeceased by: his father Michael Joseph Benton, Sr.; and his grandparents, Marie Woods and Clifford Prestwood. He is survived by: his mother Cathy Prestwood (Carrie); his children, McKenzie Benton and Austin Benton (Alyssandra); his grandchildren, Raelyn Benton and Dax Willis; his siblings, Michael Benton II, Tiffany Benton and Kasey Bates; his stepchildren, Jonathan and Alexis; and his stepgrandson Liam.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Lane Funeral Home South Crest Chapel to cover final expenses.
