We are sad to announce that on September 15, 2019, at the age of 83, Raymond Leon Smartt (Ooltewah, Tennessee), born in McMinnville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Smartt and Emma Queen Smartt; and his brother Carl Smartt. He is survived by: his wife Faye Jones Smartt; his children, Ray Smartt and Julie McKamey (Jeff); his granddaughters, Hannah, Allie and Leigh Anne McKamey; and his siblings, Larry Smartt (Bettie), Charles Smartt (Phyllis), Janie Margaret Gray, Brenda Wallworth, Ronnie, David, Glenn and Ricky Smartt. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
