She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Stevens and Evelyn Grosso Stevens; and her siblings, Diane Breed, Ronnie Stevens, Ernie Stevens and Joya Stevens.
She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Lee Fouts; her sons, Cary Fouts (Dana) and Scott Fouts (Cara); her granddaughters, Caily, Lexi and Olivia Fouts; and her sisters, Lisa Stevens of Boston, MA and Nancy Gouthro of Boston, MA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
