He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Jefferson Worley, Sr. and Artie Marie Worley (Lawson) of Chattanooga. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Worley (Smith); his daughter Erica Godfrey (Kerry); his grandchildren, Blake Daniel Godfrey and Megan Elizabeth Godfrey; his sister Linda Smith (Pete); his brothers-in-law, Tim Smith (Rochelle) and Rick Smith (Mary); his nieces, Catherine Elmore (Barry), Teresa Tinsley and Jessica Craig; and his nephew Todd Smith (Tasha).
