She was predeceased by: her parents, Turney Rich and Pauline Rich; and her stepdaughter Kathy Allen. She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Allen; her children, Brett Salmon (Glenda) and Stephanie Maley (Michael); her stepsons, Stan Allen, William David Allen (Gale) and Mark Allen; her brother Dr. John Stephen Rich (Susan); her grandchildren, Courtney Norfleet, Sean and Josh Maley; her great grandchildren, Raylan and Knox Norfleet; and her nephew Dr. Steve Rich. She is also survived by several step grandchildren, great grandchildren, one great great grandchild.
