Palma Turner Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Palma Turner (Ooltewah, Tennessee), who passed away on July 29, 2019 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Clyde and Auda Fitzgerald Biggs; her husband B. F. Turner; her siblings, Murel Biggs, Sara B. Stulce and William Edward Biggs; her great grandchild Ryan Howard; and her granddaughter-in-law Patricia Howard.
She is survived by: her cousin Joyce F. Monger; her daughter Deanna T. Howard; her grandsons, Brad Howard, Bart Howard (Janna) and Casey Howard (Debra); her great grandchildren, Brittany Wagner (Matt), Brooke, Abigail and Reid Howard; and her great great grandchildren, Wesley Wagner and Westley Ryan.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Central Bearden Baptist in Knoxville Tennessee.
