He was predeceased by: his grandson Justin Logan. He is survived by: his wife Sara Clonts Scoggins; his children, Sherry Paige Davidson of LaFayette, GA, Chris Scoggins (Heather Gray), Tanya Michelle White (Chris), Cleveland, Maria Scoggins-Jones (Jeremy), Jennifer Scoggins-Flaherty (Shawn) and Harrison; his grandchildren, Hannah White, Tyler White, Seth Scoggins, Graylen Scoggins and Zoey Jones; and his brother Eston Buddy Scoggins.
During visitation all CDC guidelines will be necessary including face covering and social distancing.
