She was predeceased by: her parent Elmer Goins Jr of Cleveland, TN.. She is survived by: her parent Ruth Mae Goins of Cleveland, TN.; her husband Larry Rigg; her children, Joe Rigg of Cleveland, TN and Amy Greenhalgh (Keith); her grandson Holden Greenhalgh; and her brothers, Richard Goins (Carolyn), Robert Goins, Steve Goins (Jeanne) and David Goins (Jacque). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
