He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Evans and Lorean Evans; and his brother John Evans. He is survived by: his children, Adam and Ashley Evans; and his siblings, Joyce Belcher (Tim), Tad Evans (Carol) of Douglasville, GA and Thomas Evans. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members and friends.
